Delivered but not received:
- If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
Orders that are sent back to us:
- Orders that have undeliverable address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back we will contact you for and address update.
- Once the order is reshipped out you will receive a new tracking number.
- All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact USPS to resolve any problems you might encounter. If USPS cannot resolve the issue please contact us for further assistance!

- Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
- All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
